Dr. Stefanie Olsavsky
Dr. Stefanie Olsavsky grew up in a small town in Indiana, just north of Indianapolis. She attended Purdue University (Boiler up!) where she obtained a degree in Animal Science and remained there to complete her doctorate in veterinary medicine. She then traveled to Longmont, Colorado for a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery with a focus on emergency medicine.
After completing her internship, she moved south to Colorado Springs where she worked at a busy emergency and specialty practice for the past 3 years. She has a special interest in diagnostic imaging and hopes to complete a Radiology residency in the near future. She now lives in northern Virginia with her boyfriend Tim, his Husky (Suka), and three cats (Nina, Bart, and Aragon). When she is not working, she enjoys running, rock climbing, reading, video and board games, and cooking.
